Wipe the bulbs cold with a dry cloth. Keep the USB connector dry. If you move it, peel the adhesive back slowly rather than pulling it off square.

About this product

Ten brightness levels, 45mm bulbs, and 3M adhesive backing that lifts off without marking the glass.

The wire retracts into each bulb base when you rotate the fixture, which is what keeps the finished job tidy.

Bulbs are 45mm and the whole run is 5 volts over USB, so there is no wiring and no electrician.

The reason a mirror light beats a ceiling light for makeup is direction. Light from above puts your own face in shadow. Light from the sides of the mirror, at the height of your face, does not.

Ten bulbs over five metres, and you space them to the mirror you actually have rather than to a fixed frame.

Ten brightness levels is more useful than it sounds. The level you want to apply makeup under is not the level you want the bathroom lit at.

The adhesive is double-sided 3M, which holds on glass and lifts off later without leaving a mark. That is what makes this a renter's fitting.
